Executive Management Coaching Services
Executive Management Coaching Services are provided by fmi’s Executive Management Coaching and Mentoring Centre for executives, managers and other leaders. Executive management coaching provides a cost effective way for managers to develop and enhance their management and leadership skills. Executive management coaching is tailored to the needs of the individual and the organisation. Coaching is carried out by an appropriate agreed mix of meetings, phone and email contact. Face to face individual coaching is currently available in Sydney and Melbourne and coaching is available throughout Australia and world wide through phone and email. The Executive Management Coaching and Mentoring Centre will tailor a program specifically for a manager’s development needs. Our coaches work out specific goals with you and deliver a structured yet flexible coaching program to achieve these goals. The Executive Management Coaching and Mentoring Centre provides fmi Coaching Learning Guides and other resources in a number of management areas to support individual development. Coaching can be at a variety of levels from Intensive to Maintenance levels.
Executive Management Coaching can even be linked to professional development through the Frontline Management Institute’s accredited Diploma of Management program if this is desired.
Mentoring Services
Mentoring Services are provided by fmi’s Executive Management Coaching and Mentoring Centre for organisations that want to develop and support mentors and mentor programs within their organisation. Since 1998 we have developed hundreds of people as mentors and are pleased to support this growing area of development. We provide on-site workshops to help organisations develop and plan their own mentoring programs. The Executive Management Coaching and Mentoring Centre also provides consulting in this area to help your organisation develop systems and processes to support a mentoring program. We also train your mentors in the skills of mentoring.

Training for Coaches and Mentors

fmi Public Course Calendar
As well as training on-site the Frontline Management Institute also run regular Public Courses in Sydney, Australia. These cover coaching skills, mentoring skills and a wide range of management and leadership training courses and individual performance training courses such as time management. Our Executive Management Coaching Participants can support their coaching by attending these courses. Participants can also work towards a qualification such as the Diploma of Management through these courses. The mix of training and coaching can be particularly powerful for those who want to fast track their development.
