Potential fmi executive management coaches need to be able to meet the following requirements:
1. Tertiary qualification in a business, management, psychology or appropriate specialist field.
2. Demonstrated outstanding success as a manager with a solid CV and referees
3. Successful experience in coaching and/or training in management or related fields
4. Demonstrable ability to coach people effectively in an engaging and supportive manner
5. Excellent presentation and communication skills and well organised
