Mentoring Services

Mentoring Services are provided by fmi’s Executive Management Coaching and Mentoring Centre for organisations that want to develop and support mentors and mentor programs within their organisation.
Since 1998 we have developed hundreds of people as mentors and are pleased to support this growing area of development.

Training of Mentors

The Executive Management Coaching and Mentoring Centre provides a training course to develop mentors. Mentors work with others in their organisation guiding, advising and sometimes coaching them in management or specialist skills. This course is titled Mentoring at Work and is designed to train mentors in organisations.

This popular course looks at the role of mentors in the organisation as well as developing core skills in mentoring. The course helps people enhance core skills in Mentoring. It also examines challenges and issues that mentors face and identifies strategies to meet these challenges effectively.

The course is interactive and helps develop useful practices that can be used in general management as well as specifically in mentoring.

The course can be delivered as a 1 day public course or a 1 day or half day on-site course.

Developing Mentoring Programs in Organisations

The Executive Management Coaching and Mentoring Centre provides on-site workshops to help organisations develop and plan their own mentoring programs.

The Executive Management Coaching and Mentoring Centre also provides consulting in this area to help your organisation develop systems and processes to support a mentoring program. We also train your mentors in the skills of mentoring.
