Mentoring at Work
This Course is designed to train mentors in organisations. Mentors work with others in their organisation guiding, advising and sometimes coaching them in management or specialist skills.
This popular course, delivered in-house to organisations or as a public course, looks at the role of mentors in the organisation as well as developing core skills in mentoring.
The program can be tailored to meet the individual mentoring requirements of organisations.
It is also delivered for organisations which have participants in the Frontline Management Institute's Management Development Programs including Diploma or Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management) programs. These Mentors work with participants advising and signing off on workplace projects, which are part of the assessment process.
